- Size the client carefully before you order - use all three measurements to be sure. The #1 cause of TheraTogs returns is ordering the wrong size - don't be a statistic!
- Start slow - use just the TankTop and Hipster for the first few sessions. We know how exciting TheraTogs can be — but resist the temptation to fix everything at once.
- Instruct your caregivers thoroughly so your client gets full use out of their TheraTogs. The #1 reason for caregiver support calls is 'my therapist didn't explain it fully...'

- Make sure you understand the donning and fitting process before you take the TheraTogs home. Many clinicians have a Clinical Sizing Kit intended for demonstration and practice.
- In most cases, you'll want to start with just the TankTop and Hipster for the first few sessions. Let the wearer get used to them, and get used to putting them on him or her.
- Wash the TheraTogs frequently, even if there are no 'accidents' or spills - the foam layer is a water-based foam and needs to be replenished often.
