RidgwayOperations Support Position Now Available

TheraTogs seeks a multi-talented, overachieving Swiss Army knife person to support key company functions: product assembly, customer relations, and administrative support for sales/marketing.

The selected candidate will be an essential contributor to the success of our manufacturing and operations – and will be appreciated accordingly.

You will perform a wide range of duties – including but not limited to:

  • Assembling & shipping products
  • Receiving and inspecting shipments
  • Stocking & record-keeping tasks
  • Performing Quality Assurance tasks
  • Entering orders
  • Contacting customers
  • Database maintenance

We require a minimum of three years’ work experience, strong computer skills, demonstrated work ethic and problem-solving skills, and at least one year of experience successfully interacting with customers. Second language skills would be highly valued.

The position starts at 30 hours/week at an hourly rate (DOE); we can offer schedule flexibility within our productivity requirements. Your work takes place in our Ridgway facility, and you report to the Export & Fulfillment Manager. As part of your shipping responsibilities, you must be able to safely lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs. We anticipate the successful candidate will grow his/her responsibilities into a full-time position within 6 months.
