Thanks for submitting your Loaner Request – we will review your info and get in touch with you within three business days after payment is received.

Please note: You must complete the Payment process to successfully place your Loaner order. It works like this:

1. When you click the Make Payment link below, your order will show up in your Cart with a $0.00 price. (Only one Loaner system can be ordered at a time.)

2. When you click Proceed to Checkout, the system will add the Loaner shipping & handling fee and let you enter the Billing and Shipping addresses.

3. If you have the appropriate credit card information, enter it on the Checkout page. If your client’s Caregiver is paying the Loaner fee, you may enter her/his information in the Billing section, and select the Pay by Invoice payment option. We’ll send an invoice with a payment link to the Caregiver, and your Loaner will be on its way as soon as payment is processed.
