What are the benefits to setting up a professional account?

Oh, let us count the ways you can benefit:

• Place Request for Loaner orders – and send the shipping fee invoice to the caregiver for payment.

• Place orders for any TheraTogs systems or replacement parts. Pay directly or send the invoice to the payor of choice.

• Be eligible for occasional promotions and discounts – since you’re in the family, and all.  

• Access the latest advanced information about research, products, training, and other topics that will advance your confidence and your Togging skills.

• Sign up to participate in field trials of new products and new materials.

• Communicate with your peers behind our firewall – exchange questions, tips, suggestions, comments (keeping it HIPAA-compliant, of course) with your fellow Toggers. You can also contact the Togs Team if you have questions about applications, products, ordering… you name it!

• Perform the usual account housekeeping actions – view previous orders, revise your profile information, etc.

Do I have to set up an account if I’m only interested in a loaner system at this time?

Yes, you do. We only allow account holders to order directly from TheraTogs, whether that order is for a Loaner or a regular system.

Am I going to get spammed by signing up?

Heck, no. We hate spam. We will communicate with you via email regarding your orders and other specific activities, and we’ll invite you to subscribe to our newsletter, but we always provide an unsubscribe link!

Can I place multiple client orders via my professional account?

Sure thing. We limit most orders to one TheraTogs system – we presume you’re ordering for a specific client – but you can place as many orders as you need to. Via your account Dashboard, you can easily track your orders and manage your preferences for one client or 100 clients.

Is my account information protected and secured?

Rest assured knowing your sensitive information is protected with advanced privacy and security features. Our professional account offers strict access controls, secure payment processing, and data encryption to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Are there any career-advancing opportunities via the professional account?

We like the way you think! When you create a professional account, you’ll be connected with fellow like-minded professionals dedicated to improving client care and advancing their careers. And you’ll be in the TheraTogs family fold, which means we’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.

I notice you teach courses about TheraTogs. Do I get access to those course if I have an account?

We’ll point you over to our training partner at the Cusick Center for Learning for courses about TheraTogs and other topics. Promotions and discounts for training might pop up now and again, as well, and you’ll be among the first to know when we offer special continuing education opportunities. This way, you get to stay ahead of the curve and stay on top of Togs’ best practices.
