What Are Clinician Points?
Our new Clinician Points system is a “thank you” to clinicians and providers who help us do a better job of serving the rehab community. You can earn Points in a number of ways:
Responding to feedback or data-gathering surveys
Submitting Patient Profile or Outcomes data
Submitting Product Registration info
Hosting or sponsoring inservice webinars, Q&A sessions, or other events
Submitting testimonial statements, images, or videos
How Does it Work?
We track your Points total as a component of your website login account. You can access your current Points total whenever you’re logged in – just select the Clinician Points link in the side menu of your Workbench.
What Are They Good For?
You can apply your Points to the purchase of any of the useful supplies and accessories offered in the Points catalog. Each point is worth $___ USD. You can apply points in any amount up to the total of your order (not including shipping and handling).
Product Quality - Reporting Tips
The Lot Code and Product ID are imprinted on the foam layer of your TankTop and Hipster garment pieces.

Note that the Product ID has two parts: the Part Number and a Unique Device Identifier number.
Photos (phone snaps are fine) are very helpful. You can upload them to the Report form, or message them to [email protected].
